We encourage you to reserve as early as possible. (We generally suggest booking a minimum of 8 weeks in advance for best selection and successful coordination with your event venue).​
Rental Times
All rentals are considered daily rentals.
We are happy to coordinate directly with your venue to arrange for set up and tear down with your permission.
Special Notes:
- Multi Day rentals are available based on item availability (additional rental charge per day $100)
- Set up/tear down times are scheduled between 9 AM and 11 PM. Early or late set up/pick up fees may apply outside of this schedule.
Service Areas / Locations
We proudly service the greater Des Moines metro and areas within a 30-mile radius as part of our standard service area. We appreciate the opportunity to serve outside of the Des Moines area for an additional travel fee based on distance.
Can I have my flower wall outside? Yes, as long as you notify us with your final payment 14 days prior to your event. We secure the flower wall as much as possible, but we’re not responsible if it falls down. We cannot control mother nature’s high winds. Additionally, if rain/snow are in the forecast, we kindly request only indoor locations for set ups.
Booking Policy
A booking is not considered to be firm until the 50% deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 14 calendar days prior to your event.
Bookings made less than 3 weeks from the event date require payment in full to secure the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of the original booking date will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Final payments not received 14 calendar days before the event will incur a $50 late payment fee. Additionally, if final payments are not made within 7 calendar days of the event, the booking will be canceled and deposit forfeited.
